Below are the terms and conditions to which every client has to agree with before ordering any service at Elite Website Hub
At Elite Website Hub, we provide the best service possible. However, if we have to give a refund or any revision in any circumstance, we follow a policy.
Our clients can approach us for a revision with zero (0) charges. But the design and concept must remain intact. Furthermore, it is to note that a correction is available only within 48 hours and not more than 48 hours.
THE REFUND POLICY
At Elite Website Hub, we provide refunds within 45 days of order placement. However, we have the right to terminate this, at any time, with or without notice depending upon the scenario.
However, your refund request will not be valid if you request it just by viewing the initial samples. Therefore, we shall continue the project, and thus a refund will not be available.
At Elite Website Hub, we try our best to satisfy our clients. Therefore, we ensure to complete the task effectively. However, if we cannot, you would have to be responsive to us in any circumstance. We do not entertain or refund any orders if you do not respond within 45 Days. However, you can email us to hold the project if there is any other issue.
If you want to forfeit any part of the discounted package, a refund (if applicable) will be available for the whole package. However, clients who have purchased the Logo & Website package and request a refund for one service rather than both will not be eligible for a refund.
If you request more revisions (1 or more design alterations, regardless of complexity) or changes to any of the initial concepts, you will forfeit your right to a refund. If you do not respond quickly to a status email from "Elite Website Hub," you will lose your right to a refund.
It's also worth mentioning that the consumer won't get a refund for the rest of the bundle. After 24 hours, design expenses and urgent modifications are non-refundable. Refunds are not available to design firms or individuals that purchase our services on behalf of another organization. If you cancel your order before the delivery, you are entitled to a refund. If we charge you inaccurately, our team will refund the whole amount.
According to the delivery policy, you must ensure whether the design is faultless. If you prove that our submission is faulty, you are eligible for reimbursement.
You will have to accept the repayment; it will be based on services supplied in bundle packages (e.g., Logo, Design, Website, social media). If a service included in the bundle package is no longer available, you must seek a refund before using it.
All services purchased by the customer and supplied by Elite Website Hub are subject to the following terms and conditions.
If the initial design and concepts are accepted but you request a revision after delivery, the deposit fees will not exist. However, you shall be entitled to a refund if Elite Website Hub cancels or terminates your Contract for any reason other than your breach or non-execution.
Elite Web Hub will process all Refund requests in the following way:
- When the fundamental concepts are already available, you send out a request for bids. The refund offer becomes null and void if you accept or request alterations to the first designs, and we will not entertain a refund request.
- The refund offer is null and void once the project has started the revision process, and Elite Web Hub will not process the refund request.
- If you request a refund before the first design concepts are delivered, you will receive a complete refund (less 10 percent administration and preparing charge).
- We, Elite Web Hub, do not entertain refunds after 48 hours
- Refund claims received after the first 96 hours after design delivery will not be considered. However, because we value 100% customer happiness, we invite you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
- After seven working days of inaction by the consumer, we shall not consider any refund requests. However, we shall charge you if you want to resume the order depending on your venture.
- If a customer is unresponsive for five working days at any point in time, we will not consider a refund request.
- If you want a refund, contact the customer service department. elitewebsitehub.com maintains the right to accept or refuse refund claims on a case-by-case basis.
- After the final delivery, we will not accept a refund.
- Once the original design mock-up is altered or the inner pages are developed with the client's permission, we will not accept a refund for website bundles.
- While requesting a refund, it would be beneficial if you spoke with the support team. Elite website Hub maintains the right to affirm or object to your solicitation if a violation of our user agreement occurs.
- For example, if you request a logo and web design and accept the logo, you are only entitled to a refund on the website service at the time of beginning production.
A real reason for demanding a refund must be weighed against the overall brief and customer feedback to determine whether changes are necessary. Elite Web Hub will not issue a refund unless the concept is not written in line with the brief; nonetheless, there will be no reduction. However, you will be able to make further changes until you are entirely satisfied.
It's also worth emphasizing that, under any circumstances, both parties (Elite Web Hub) agree not to publicly criticize or attack each other or any of their workers, associates, or partners during or after the Contract's length (on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc.).
You must provide a precise reason for requesting a refund. However, we require time to study the brief and customer feedback to make the necessary adjustments. Therefore, there will be no refund unless the concept is not written according to the quick; consequently, Elite Web Hub will give no discount. You will, however, be allowed to make more modifications until you are delighted.
It's also worth noting that throughout and after the Contract's duration, both parties (Elite Web Hub and Client) agree not to publicly criticize or attack one other or any of their workers, colleagues, or partners (on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc.)
All design jobs need client participation before they can be done. Thus it's vital that the customer stays involved and provides input on the outcomes.
It will be accidental if Elite Website Hub generates a logo similar to another existing design or bears any resemblance to a current outline. Elite Website Hub will not accept responsibility or seek compensation in such a circumstance. After you've finished designing your logo, you'll need to register it to ensure that you have complete ownership and control over it.
